Writeable for Mac links neatly to the new Apple Writing Tools for proof checking spelling and grammar and more. It is possible to easily check and correct your text prior to submitting the text to Writeable for a Critique. 


Firstly, select the text you pasted into Writeable, and the Writing Tools icon will pop up. Or you can select the Writing Tools from the Writeable Mac menu (click the Writeable dock icon)







Click the Writing Tools icon or Show Writing Tools in the menu (after selecting the text) and the pop out window will appear:



Click on Proofread and spelling and grammar checking will be done (see below). You can then click "Replace" to update the text in Writeable, and then submit the corrected text for comments and critique by Writeable mentor.
